Kaleden Community Association
Our vision
The Kaleden Community Association (KCA) turns a large basket of ideas into reality by working together in our community.
What we do
The major purpose of KCA is to improve the conditions of community life in Kaleden.
We support and encourage charitable, recreational and social endeavors. We encourage the involvement of citizens in the development of a healthy community. Groups such as the Kaleden Seniors Committee, Kaleden on Patrol and the Kaleden Museum are subgroups of KCA.
Small Grant application
Do you have a brilliant idea for a community project or event?
Download the application form here and apply for a grant of up to $250.
The Kaleden Community Association is a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency. Anyone can make donations to KCA for projects in the community and receive a tax receipt.
KCA has also established a Kaleden Community Fund with the Community Foundation of the South Okanagan Similkameen. The fund allows people to donate toward larger projects or to designate funds from their estates.
Lend a hand
There are many worthwhile projects in our community that rely on volunteers.
Whether you have a few hours this upcoming weekend, or would like to contribute on a regular basis, we would love to hear from you.
Help us make a tangible difference in the lives of others in our community.
How you can help
Volunteer, contribute financially or spend time helping us coordinate a new event or an old favourite.
Every person can contribute to making Kaleden a fun and vibrant place to live.
